Refund Policy

At Bellevue Tanning & Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our clients have a positive experience. Because many of our services and products are customized or used immediately after purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service Purchases

All tanning sessions, packages, memberships, and service purchases are generally non-refundable once used or activated. However, we understand that unique situations may arise.

If you believe you may qualify for a refund, adjustment, or account credit, please contact us directly so we can review your situation.

Retail Products

Retail products may be eligible for refund or exchange depending on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the purchase. Products that have been significantly used or damaged may not qualify for a refund.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review, customers must:

  • Call the salon directly, or

  • Visit the salon in person

Refund requests cannot be processed through the website or social media messages. Our team will review each request individually to determine the best resolution.

Refund Decisions

All refund approvals, exchanges, or account credits are issued at the discretion of Bellevue Tanning & Wellness management after reviewing the circumstances of the request.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will typically be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
